Nightmare Market Improvements

Hello everyone,

On heavy request of the community we have implemented following changes:

Online status has been implemented. You can now see how long ago an user was last active ( a green / red dot will be visible next to the user’s display name, you can hoover your mouse over it to see how long ago the buyer or seller was last active.

Order statuses have been changed to:

  • Waiting: Waiting means that the buyer can cancel the order anytime if he changes his mind to buying something else, and the vendor has not accepted the order yet.
  • Accepted: Accepted means that the vendor has accepted the order and is preparing the order for shipment.
  • Shipped: Shipped means that the vendor has shipped the order. The buyer can only dispute in case something is wrong.
  • Finalized: Finalized means that either the buyer has finalized the order or it auto finalized (14 days for physical and 3 days for digital orders).
  • Cancelled: Cancelled means that either the buyer or the vendor have cancelled the order.
  • Disputed: Disputed means that the buyer has disputed the order due to something being wrong with the order.

Vendors can now accept multiple orders at the same time, to make managing orders much easier and to have a better overview of the incoming and outgoing orders we have
implemented waiting orders, accepted orders, completed orders, cancelled orders and disputed orders lists, all visible on the same page inside your personal Orders or Sales page.

We really appreciate all the positive feedback that we get from the community and try our best to implement as much functions as possible from these suggestions,
this however will happen in a step-by-step manner, where backwards steps will be unavoidable.
